Will short trips affect my car battery’s life?
Driving short distances does not allow the battery to be fully charged, so over time the batteries capacity can be reduced and in the worst case can cause sulphation which in turn can shorten the life of your car’s battery. A long drive can help the batteries health, though the best way is to periodically charge the battery on an appropriate battery charger.
